30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging when reasonably possible.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns that are not due to damage, defects, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ptownezfinest757@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

How to Request a Return

Email us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions, including the applicable return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days after the return is received and reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders can generally be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the normal return process may apply.
